Delivery is from West England to anywhere within the UK
First class and next day delivery available at an additional cost
Deliveries within the rest of Europe may take longer

Q: How do I charge the device?
A: Some devices will have USB charging cables, others without will allow The straps to remove to reveal a USB stick part of the device with 2 metal stripes which inserts into a USB port

Q: Why isn’t there a charging cable for some watches?
A: The device is a USB stick and charges in a USB computer or laptop, so it’s cabless charging!

Q: Which app is this watch/wristband compatible with?
A: please refer to the product description page for the compatible app to download

Q: Will this work on my window phone?
A: our devices will only work on android and ioS devices

Q: where do you feature your competitions?
A: these are only promoted through our instagram and facebook pages

Q: do you have any discount codes?
A: yes, these appear either on our instagram @fiteaze or from leaflets

Q: why didn’t my discount code work on ebay?
A: our discounts only work on our direct fiteaze.co.uk site
